Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT infrastructure ensuring high availability and security standards for government clients.
- Implement and monitor FedRAMP compliance protocols to meet strict federal security requirements.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for network systems, cloud environments, and hardware.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions for complex government challenges.
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to protect sensitive data.
- Document technical processes and maintain detailed logs for audit purposes.
- Mentor junior staff members and provide technical guidance on best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent years of experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal contracting or government IT services.
- Certifications: Active Secret or Top Secret clearance is required. CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), Windows Server, and Linux administration.
