Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on public health trends, policy implications, and legislative changes to support executive decision-making.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for program improvement.
- Prepare high-level reports and briefing documents for senior leadership, Congress, and other federal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with inter-agency task forces to develop and implement strategic government initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with federal regulations, budgetary constraints, and ethical guidelines.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance on research methodologies and reporting standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Public Health, or a related field required; PhD preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal or state government policy analysis.
- Skills: Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Certifications: Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data into clear, concise written and verbal briefings.
