Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of federal regulations, policies, and program performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategic plans, performance measures, and outcome evaluations for assigned federal programs.
- Prepare complex written deliverables, including policy memos, briefing papers, and regulatory recommendations for senior leadership.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, external partners, and congressional offices to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Monitor budget execution and ensure compliance with federal financial management standards and OMB guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in federal program management, policy analysis, or administrative support.
- Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and OMB Circulars is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualization tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
