Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of federal contracts, from proposal preparation to final closeout.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal laws, regulations, and agency policies.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership and federal oversight bodies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage stakeholder relationships with internal teams and external federal partners.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to mitigate potential compliance issues.
- Coordinate with legal teams to resolve contractual disputes efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal contracting or government program management.
- Active Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one).
- Strong understanding of FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and DFARS.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
