Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of federal programs and recommend evidence-based improvements.
- Prepare detailed policy briefs, strategic reports, and presentations for senior leadership and congressional committees.
- Monitor federal regulations and guidelines to ensure organizational compliance and mitigate audit risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and coordinate communication between internal departments and external federal partners.
- Oversee budget allocation and financial forecasting for assigned program areas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal program management, policy analysis, or government contracting.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass a mandatory government background investigation and security clearance check.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory frameworks.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
