Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of federal IT projects from initiation to closure.
- Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and agency-specific regulations.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including government officials and senior leadership.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and resource allocation.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee the performance of cross-functional teams and subcontractors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience managing Federal government contracts.
- Active Secret or Top Secret clearance (or ability to obtain).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
