Responsibilities
- System Analysis & Design: Conduct comprehensive analysis of federal requirements and design scalable, secure IT architectures that meet agency standards.
- Compliance Management: Ensure all systems and processes comply with FISMA, NIST, and other relevant federal security regulations.
- Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of federal projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with third-party vendors and contractors to ensure the delivery of high-quality technical solutions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for state and federal clients, providing regular status updates and strategic recommendations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate technical documentation, including system designs, risk assessments, and audit reports.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in federal or state-level IT systems analysis.
- Clearance: Active Secret or Top Secret clearance is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Agile methodologies, JIRA, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and security compliance standards.
