- Ensure Compliance: Adhere strictly to federal regulations, security protocols, and agency guidelines in all daily operations.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with cross-functional teams and federal stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Remote Management: Manage and optimize remote work environments to ensure seamless communication and productivity.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records, technical documentation, and reporting metrics for agency review.
- Incident Response: Quickly identify and resolve technical issues affecting federal systems and data security.
- Training Support: Assist in the development and delivery of training materials for junior staff and agency personnel.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen and eligible for a Public Trust Clearance.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal contracting or government IT support.
- Remote Work: Proven ability to work effectively in a remote setting with strong self-discipline.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Agile methodologies, and remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write clear technical reports.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to changing government policies and priorities.
