What You Will Do:
- Lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable software architectures for federal clients.
- Ensure strict adherence to FedRAMP, FISMA, and agency-specific compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack software development within the federal sector.
- Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance is required.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or C# and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
