In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical requirements and business objectives, managing complex federal projects while adhering to strict compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of federal systems analysis, from requirements gathering to implementation and post-deployment support.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal regulations, including FISMA, NIST, and OMB guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, security engineers, and program managers, to drive project success.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for federal IT infrastructure.
- Prepare and present detailed technical reports and status briefings to senior leadership and federal stakeholders.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in federal systems analysis, government contracting, or IT project management.
- Proven experience with agile methodologies, SDLC, and government procurement processes.
- Strong knowledge of federal security protocols, network architecture, and data privacy laws.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
