Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of federal agency requirements to design and implement scalable system solutions.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of software development projects, ensuring alignment with federal regulations and agency goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts and stakeholders, to define project scopes and deliverables.
- Ensure strict adherence to security protocols, compliance standards (such as FedRAMP), and industry best practices.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, reports, and presentations for executive leadership and federal clients.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance on complex system architectures.
- Identify process improvements and innovative strategies to enhance agency performance and user experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Public Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working in a federal contracting or government capacity within the New York metro area.
- Strong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and relevant government compliance frameworks.
- Proven expertise in systems analysis, data modeling, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or AWS Solutions Architect are highly desirable.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
