Responsibilities
- Analyze and document complex functional and non-functional requirements for federal contracts, ensuring alignment with agency objectives.
- Design, develop, and implement secure IT architectures compliant with FISMA and FedRAMP standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments to deliver high-quality software solutions on time.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and security reviews to mitigate vulnerabilities in federal systems.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior analysts and developers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Secret clearance.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal IT contracting or government service.
- Strong proficiency in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or FedRAMP-approved environments).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
