Responsibilities
- Manage and analyze $2B+ pension portfolio performance using advanced financial modeling tools
- Develop strategic investment recommendations aligned with CalPERS and CalSTRS guidelines
- Prepare comprehensive fiscal reports for legislative oversight and public transparency
- Lead cross-departmental audits ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations

Qualifications
