Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the 2026 technology vision, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify, evaluate, and integrate cutting-edge technologies (e.g., Agentic AI, Edge Computing) into the enterprise architecture.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, resilient, and secure systems that support rapid growth and future-proof the organization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and executive leadership to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies.
- Change Management: Guide teams through technological shifts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and agility.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, cloud computing, or strategic technology consulting.
- Specialization: Deep expertise in AI/ML, Blockchain, or Quantum technologies is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Adaptability: Proven ability to navigate rapid market changes and emerging tech trends.
