- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026-2035 market projections
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into R&D priorities
- Present trend briefings to executive teams and key stakeholders
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for emerging technology adoption
- Author thought leadership content for industry publications
- Manage relationships with academic and research institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
- Published author in futurism or technology innovation domains
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, etc.)
- Strong network with global innovation thought leaders
