Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies
- Produce scenario-based forecasts for market disruption and competitive shifts
- Partner with R&D to translate future insights into product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurist and academic thought leaders
- Author annual 'Future State' whitepapers positioning industry best practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or climate tech trends
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology journals
- Certification in Futures methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on 5-10 year planning horizons
