Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 by 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating exponential change
- Produce high-impact trend reports and strategic roadmaps with quantifiable impact metrics
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Build and manage a global network of futurist researchers and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Proven track record of translating emerging trends into billion-dollar opportunities
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
