Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives for 2026+ technology adoption curves
- Develop quantitative trend models using advanced data analytics and AI-powered forecasting
- Architect innovation roadmaps for enterprise clients in tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings
- Build and manage a global network of domain experts and futurists
- Translate complex foresight into product development and business strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Advanced certification in Futures Studies (e.g., CFCS from APF)
- Portfolio of published trend forecasts with measurable business impact
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Shell's method)
- Demonstrated ability to influence C-level decision-making
- Fluency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
