Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain predictive models for technological and societal trends impacting 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Produce high-impact strategic briefs and scenario-planning documents for executive stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks to scout breakthrough innovations
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops for leadership teams
- Quantify market opportunities and risks associated with emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Drive the integration of foresight methodologies into product development lifecycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercialized solutions
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js) and predictive analytics platforms
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, Business Strategy, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CSFI, WFS) preferred
