Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptors through 2026
- Develop and publish annual Future State Reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership teams
- Establish cross-functional innovation pipelines by partnering with R&D, product, and marketing divisions
- Represent the organization at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and analytical frameworks
- Quantify market potential and ROI for emerging opportunities using predictive modeling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning techniques
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
