Responsibilities
- Architect LLM Infrastructure: Design, implement, and optimize scalable Large Language Model pipelines using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Model Fine-Tuning & Evaluation: Lead the research and implementation of fine-tuning strategies (RLHF, PEFT) to enhance model accuracy and safety.
- RAG Systems: Develop and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems to ensure context-aware and factual AI responses.
- MLOps & Deployment: Oversee the end-to-end deployment of AI models using Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP).
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce guidelines to ensure AI outputs are unbiased, transparent, and compliant with evolving regulations.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of junior data scientists and engineers, conducting code reviews and architectural reviews.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow), Transformers, and Hugging Face libraries.
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in C++ or Rust for high-performance computing.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing fault-tolerant, distributed machine learning systems.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for stakeholders.
