Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily administrative operations for the Department of Public Services.
- Analyze and implement government policies to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Prepare detailed reports, budgets, and correspondence for senior officials and public stakeholders.
- Coordinate inter-departmental projects to ensure seamless service delivery to the community.
- Conduct background checks and security clearances for new personnel as required.

Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship and valid state ID required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in public administration or a related government field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government-specific software systems.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, procurement processes, and civil service protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
