Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis and statistical modeling to support state transportation initiatives and budget forecasting.
- Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and policy recommendations for legislative committees and executive leadership.
- Monitor and analyze federal and state regulations to ensure organizational compliance and identify potential risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes and improve service delivery efficiency.
- Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, persuasive, and actionable manner.
- Manage stakeholder relationships with local governments and community organizations to foster collaborative partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Economics, Political Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in government affairs, public policy analysis, or a related sector.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and stakeholder engagement.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and be willing to travel within the state of Georgia.
