Responsibilities
- Develop compelling grant proposals for federal, state, and private foundation funding
- Research and identify new funding opportunities aligned with organizational goals
- Collaborate with program teams to design fundable project narratives
- Manage grant application processes from research to submission
- Maintain accurate grant databases and reporting compliance
- Build relationships with program officers and funding partners
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional grant writing experience
- Proven track record securing $500k+ in annual funding
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Non-Profit Management, or related field
- Expertise with federal grant applications (SAM.gov)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven storytelling abilities
- Exceptional written communication and organizational skills
