- Develop persuasive grant proposals, reports, and compliance documents
- Cultivate relationships with foundation representatives and funding partners
- Collaborate with program teams to gather impact data and success metrics
- Manage grant pipeline tracking and reporting deadlines
- Provide guidance to junior staff on grant writing best practices
- Analyze funding trends and adapt strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional grant writing experience
- Proven track record securing $500K+ annually in grant funding
- Expertise in health, education, or human services sectors
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities
- Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
