- Ensure all system implementations comply with federal and state regulations and security standards.

- Conduct regular system audits and performance testing to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in systems analysis, software development, or IT consulting.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and enterprise database management systems (SQL, Oracle).
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certification in ITIL, PMP, or a relevant technical specialty is preferred.
