Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical requirements and drive system modernization.
- Provide advanced technical support and mentorship to junior IT staff and departmental stakeholders.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in IT project management or systems analysis.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies.
- Proven expertise in cybersecurity best practices and data privacy compliance (e.g., HIPAA, state standards).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
