Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize enterprise server infrastructure including Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments across state systems
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute system backup procedures
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and mentor junior IT staff
- Document system configurations and maintain compliance with state IT policies
- Collaborate with agency stakeholders on technology integration projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise systems administration
- CompTIA Security+ and Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator certifications
- Expert knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting
- Experience with VMware vSphere and cloud migration projects
- Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Valid Indiana driver's license
