Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to ensure data protection and compliance with NIST standards.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support to internal government stakeholders.
- Conduct system analysis, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
- Collaborate with project managers to deliver IT solutions on time and within budget.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in federal or government IT environments.
- Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain.
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization technologies.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity protocols and federal regulations (FISMA).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
