Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of federal IT systems and networks.
- Ensure all technical solutions comply with FedRAMP and NIST security standards.
- Manage project lifecycles from initiation through closure, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Mentor junior staff and conduct technical training sessions.
- Prepare and submit technical documentation for government audits and inspections.
- Monitor system performance and implement proactive maintenance protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal government contracting or IT support.
- Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Strong knowledge of Cybersecurity protocols and risk management.
- Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
