Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex IT systems and network infrastructure.
- Implement and enforce federal cybersecurity standards and compliance protocols (FISMA).
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff members.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to ensure optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Document technical processes and procedures in accordance with federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Secret Security Clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in federal IT environments.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and enterprise networking (Cisco, Juniper).
- Strong knowledge of federal compliance frameworks, including NIST and FISMA.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
