Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex network infrastructure, servers, and hardware systems.
- Implement and enforce robust cybersecurity protocols to protect state data.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for internal staff and agency partners.
- Conduct system audits, performance analysis, and capacity planning.
- Collaborate with vendors and technical teams to deploy software upgrades and new solutions.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate system logs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems administration or network engineering.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
