Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects for federal clients, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Technical Governance: Conduct rigorous system architecture reviews and ensure all solutions comply with federal regulations (NIST, FISMA) and security protocols.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and government stakeholders, translating complex technical jargon into actionable business insights.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and implement innovative technical solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Credential Management: Assist in the maintenance of security clearances and ensure all personnel adhere to strict government compliance standards.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior analysts and conduct regular code reviews to maintain high standards of technical excellence within the team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology, specifically within the government contracting or public sector domain.
- Clearance: Active Top Secret or Secret security clearance is required. Must be eligible to obtain and maintain clearance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or .NET, along with experience in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in high-stakes environments requiring precision and discretion.
