Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT systems, networks, and infrastructure to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal security protocols, FISMA regulations, and agency policies.
- Conduct regular system audits, performance analysis, and vulnerability assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IT solutions that meet federal requirements.
- Document technical processes, user requirements, and system configurations for compliance records.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support to internal staff and federal clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT analysis, project management, or government contracting.
- Strong understanding of federal IT standards, FISMA compliance, and security clearance processes.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and database management systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to undergo a background investigation for Public Trust clearance.
