Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure IT infrastructure for federal clients.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and provide remediation strategies for data security.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of large-scale technology projects.
- Ensure strict compliance with FISMA, NIST, and other federal security standards.
- Provide technical consulting and mentoring to junior staff members.
- Document system architectures and technical requirements accurately.
- Manage stakeholder communication to ensure project milestones are met on time.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology within the Federal or State Government sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Active Top Secret or Secret security clearance is required.
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Proven experience with ITIL framework and project management methodologies (PMP certification a plus).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
