Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cloud infrastructure solutions (AWS/Azure)
- Lead cybersecurity compliance initiatives for state systems
- Manage enterprise network operations and disaster recovery
- Coordinate vendor relationships for technology procurement
- Develop IT policies and procedural documentation
- Mentor junior IT staff and cross-departmental teams
- Ensure HIPAA and NIST compliance for sensitive data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years enterprise IT infrastructure experience
- AWS/Azure certification required (SAA/AZ-104)
- Expertise in network security (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS)
- Strong project management skills (PMP preferred)
- Public sector IT experience highly desirable
- Active Colorado driver's license
