Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for state enterprise systems (JIRA/Confluence)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across 15+ state agencies
- Manage $5M+ budgets with rigorous financial oversight
- Ensure compliance with FISMA, NIST, and CA ITSM standards
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans
- Present executive dashboards to C-level leadership
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Retrospectives)
Qualifications
- 7+ years IT project management with PMP/PGMP certification
- Experience with government/public sector projects
- Expertise in cloud migration (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong background in SDLC/Agile/DevOps practices
- CA public sector background investigation clearance
- Advanced knowledge of CA IT governance frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
