Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of complex IT projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with city strategic goals.
- Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including risk assessment, resource allocation, and timeline management.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, leadership, and the public sector.
- Monitor project performance metrics and implement corrective actions to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within the public sector or large enterprise.
- Proven experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- PMP, PgMP, or similar advanced certification is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable plans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership.
