- Coordinate with 15+ agency stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Manage $5M+ budgets with rigorous financial oversight and reporting
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies for software development projects
- Ensure compliance with state security protocols and accessibility standards
- Lead risk mitigation strategies and change management processes
- Mentor junior project staff and foster collaborative team culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 7+ years progressive IT project management experience
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Demonstrated success managing enterprise-scale technology projects
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and MS Project Suite
- Experience with public sector procurement processes
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Ability to obtain CA Public Trust clearance
