Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize enterprise Windows/Linux server environments across 20+ state agencies
- Lead cybersecurity incident response and vulnerability remediation for critical state systems
- Design and implement cloud migration strategies for hybrid infrastructure
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex network and database issues
- Develop automation scripts to streamline system monitoring and maintenance
- Collaborate with state agencies on IT project implementations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT administration with state/federal government preferred
- Advanced certifications in AWS/Azure or CompTIA Security+
- Expert knowledge of Active Directory, VMware, and SQL Server
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Python/Bash)
- Experience with ITIL framework and IT service management
- Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
