Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of federal IT projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between technical teams, stakeholders, and government clients to drive project success.
- Manage complex stakeholder expectations, providing clear communication on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, including FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific security protocols.
- Oversee resource allocation, budget management, and contract deliverable reporting.
- Mentor junior project managers and lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience managing IT projects within the Federal Government or Defense sector.
- Active Secret or Top Secret clearance is required.
- PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification is highly desirable.
- Proven experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong technical acumen regarding cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and software development lifecycle.
