Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust cybersecurity frameworks aligned with NIST and FISMA standards.
- Conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessments and manage risk mitigation strategies.
- Oversee the administration and security of cloud environments (AWS/Azure) for federal clients.
- Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and engineers.
- Lead incident response efforts and coordinate with cross-functional teams during security breaches.
- Prepare and present detailed technical reports and compliance documentation to senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret security clearance (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related technical field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal IT environments and cybersecurity.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or GSEC are strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of FedRAMP, DISA STIGs, and CUI requirements.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex security issues.
