Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure IT infrastructure solutions for federal clients in Los Angeles.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Conduct security assessments and implement necessary patches to mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and document IT policies and procedures.
- Provide advanced technical support and training to junior staff and end-users.
- Manage hardware and software inventory and ensure compliance with federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems administration or network engineering.
- Active Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one).
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, FISMA).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
