Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain federal IT infrastructure and network systems.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations, security protocols, and industry standards (NIST, FISMA).
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for complex system issues.
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT workflows and reduce downtime.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all system configurations and changes.
- Manage vendor relationships for hardware and software procurement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Top Secret security clearance preferred (or ability to obtain).
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, or federal contracting.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and virtualization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for on-site client visits.
