Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructure for federal clients.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in real-time.
- Enforce compliance with federal security standards (FISMA, NIST) and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify security gaps.
- Provide advanced technical support and training to junior staff and government stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy systems and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance with favorable adjudication (or the ability to obtain one).
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, network engineering, or cybersecurity.
- Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and firewalls (Cisco, Palo Alto, etc.).
- Certifications such as CISSP, Security+, or CEH are highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
