Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for federal agency networks and applications.
- Manage and secure remote access protocols, ensuring compliance with FedRAMP and NIST standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement software updates and system patches.
- Conduct regular system audits and security assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
- Document technical procedures and provide training to junior staff members.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Active Top Secret or Secret Security Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams).
- Familiarity with federal compliance standards (e.g., FISMA, NIST).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting.
