Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain complex network infrastructure and server environments.
- Implement and enforce strict cybersecurity protocols to meet federal compliance standards (FISMA, NIST).
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for internal systems and client environments.
- Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and system hardening.
- Manage user access controls, identity management, and privilege accounts.
- Document technical procedures and maintain comprehensive IT asset inventories.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT systems administration or network engineering.
- Active Top Secret (TS) or Secret security clearance (required for this role).
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux systems.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Knowledge of government acquisition regulations and project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
