Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level IT infrastructure
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives and ensure compliance with state policies
- Coordinate system upgrades and migrations across 88 counties
- Provide technical guidance to junior IT staff and agency partners
- Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements
- Develop disaster recovery plans and business continuity protocols
- Analyze system performance metrics and optimize resource allocation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure
- Certification in CompTIA Security+ or equivalent
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Knowledge of Ohio state IT standards and compliance requirements
- Strong project management skills with PMP preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
