Responsibilities

  • Perform critical system maintenance, patch management, and updates on Windows Server and Linux environments during weekend shifts.
  • Monitor system health and performance metrics, proactively identifying and resolving potential hardware or software failures.
  • Respond to and resolve escalated help desk tickets and service requests with minimal supervision.
