Position Overview:

As a Statewide IT Support Specialist on the weekend shift, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to state agencies. Your role will involve troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing service tickets, and ensuring the continuity of operations for government services that run 24/7.

Responsibilities

  • Tier 1/2 Helpdesk Support: Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for state employees via phone and remote access.
